| Fees
Fees are based on a 52-week year and are paid at the beginning
of each month in advance. If your account is not settled in full by the 14th of
the month a 10% surcharge will be added to your account. Any nursery days that
are paid for in the weekly Christmas closure excluding official bank holidays
will be reimbursed to you in the form of a cheque, these cheques will be given
out the week before Christmas.
Annual family holidays and a child's sick days still have to
be paid for to keep your child's place. The Nursery requires a minimum of 4 weeks
notice if you intend to reduce your days or withdraw your child from the setting.
If you intend to increase your days or change days, the nursery will do it's best
to accommodate you.
Payment by standing order is the nursery's preferred method
of payment, however other forms of payment will be considered on an individual
basis. Fee's are calculated by: Sessions per week x 52 weeks ÷ 12 months
= Monthly Fee's.
It is nursery policy not to accept children into the nursery
if more than two months fee's are outstanding.
Extra sessions should be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment
and these should be paid the week your child attends the sessions.

The nursery is open 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday
to Friday.
A morning session is 8.00am to 1.00pm including
breakfast and lunch.
An afternoon session is 1.00pm to 6.00pm including
tea.
