Complaints

If you have any difficulties with any matter, please do not hesitate in discussing it with us.

Management undertake to deal with any complaint or grievance in strict confidence. If a parent has a complaint or grievance, which has not been satisfactorily dealt with by our qualified staff, he or she may ask to see the Management privately and with out giving any reason. In the unlikely event that a complaint or grievance cannot be resolved by the Management the matter may be referred to:
